The Cafelat Robot Leveling Tamper is deeper than conventional baskets to account for a manual dose of water. As such, the Robot needs its tamper, one capable of reaching the recessed coffee evenly. Designed by Paul Pratt to perfectly fit the robot baskets.

The Robot levelling Tamper features a stainless steel ground with a tapered edge to prevent a vacuum effect, a POM center section to keep the base centered on its long descent, an aluminum cap, and a stainless steel bolt to hold everything together. The result is a level and flavorful espresso.

Compatible with the deep robot basket, this tamper features a precision molded and machined 304 stainless steel base with a sharp edge to contain a vacuum effect when removing the tamper. The handle is made of aluminum and black polyoxymethylene (POM). Suitable for food use, and centers the tamper in the basket.
